Terri has always been generous in sharing her incredible talents with friends, helping them arrange their homes, decorating for their weddings, hosting dinner parties and luncheons, creating special party invitations, scouring flea markets for treasures, or diving into major projects like building a pergola and sewing nursery curtains and a crib set. And she’s loved every minute of it.
Terri’s doors are always open to family and friends for an impromptu glass of wine or a thoughtful meal. So, opening this charming shop was a natural way to share her gift of hospitality. She loves to help people express their style, whether it’s a bride-to-be choosing tableware, or someone looking for just the right gift.
Terri began her nesting career as a little girl. Pretending her bedroom was an apartment, she was constantly rearranging her furniture to create stylish, comfortable areas like a reading nook and an office. Years later, she earned her degree in graphic design and marketing at the University of Alabama, where she continued playing with color, texture and form and gained a stronger appreciation of art and architecture. She’s been a successful graphic artist for years and has worked as a freelance designer in Birmingham since 2001.
